We want this year, on National Walking Day, to both celbrate and promote the power of walking.

Walking was the accessible activity that got us all through 2021! As life finds a new normal, Get Ireland Walking want the new normal to include daily walking to maintain good physical and mental health for all.

Let us make National Walking Day the day where 100% of adults participate!
Let's walk, run, push, roll and hike!
